When will my items arrive?
Delivery times are between 7 to 10 business days depending on your address.

Can I track my shipment?
When we have fulfilled your order we will send you an email with your tracking number. Once you have the tracking number you can log-on to the courier’s website to get an estimated date of delivery.

Can I have my wine delivered to a PO Box?

Yes, however, there may be a small delay as only Australia Post delivers to PO boxes. More information can be found in the link below.

Can the courier leave my wine if I’m not there to sign for it?

Most often yes. Depending on the carrier you will have to designate that the order can be left. Please reach out to us at cellar@vandenbergwines.com if this is the case and we will work to help.

Are shipped purchases insured via the courier?

Yes, amount depends on the carrier. Please reach out to cellar@vandenbergwines.com for details specific to your order.

Which delivery company do you use?
Our primary courier is Australia Post (depending on freight rates and delivery times). Courier can also vary based on recipient location.
