2019 Adelaide Hills Chardonnay
Good winter rains and a warm spring resulted in a fantastic start to vintage. A series of very warm weather events throughout the early growing season, but the well managed vineyards made it a through. A vintage of two halves. The first half of heat waves put pressure on winemakers and viticulturists alike, the second half allowed fruit to be picked at the optimum flavour ripeness.

White stone fruits, notably peach & nectarine with a hints of floral notes. Integrated French Oak through barrel fermentation offering a nutty nougat influence.
