Ari
2023 Pinot Noir

Vibrant dark berries, juicy plum and subtle spice. The palate is smooth and decadent with cherry, red berried fruit and clove, beautiful fine tannins, and a generous finish. Rich and ripe with bright fruit characters of peach, lime, and melon with touches of butterscotch and vanilla. The palate is fresh and vibrant with complexity and great length.

Vineyard selection
This wine is produced from a single vineyard on volcanic soils, which consistently produces quality fruit with bright expression. The vines are hand pruned and dry gown resulting lower yields but concentrated fruit.
Winemaking process
The 2023 vintage presented both challenges and rewards for grape growers and winemakers. The early part of the growing season saw favorable rainfall and extended cooler temperatures. This long, cool ripening resulted in fruit displaying refined varietal characteristics and good natural acidity.
