Winemaking
Fruit was harvested cool and gently pressed to preserve delicate aromatics and freshness. Following inoculation, ferment was carefully managed at cool temperatures to retain vibrant varietal character. The wine was aged on lees to enhance texture while maintaining a crisp, clean finish.
