Ari Black
2025 Chardonnay Vintage
A refined cool-climate Chardonnay from Estate-owned Mount Benson showing white stone fruit and citrus layered with subtle nougat, cashew, and fine French oak. The palate is creamy yet precise, with natural acidity and a long mineral finish that reflects the region’s limestone soils and maritime influence.
Winemaking
Harvested cool to enhance fruit expression. Fermentation was kept cool for aromatics, then transferred to French barrels. Time on yeast lees added complexity and depth to the palate.
Colour
Vibrant pale green.
Cellaring potential
Drink now to 2027.
