2024 Shiraz Vintage
A poised and elegant Estate-owned Mount Benson Shiraz, displaying dark berries, plum, violet, and subtle coastal spice. Structured yet supple, the wine carries refined tannins, vibrant acidity, and a long savoury finish shaped by the region’s cool maritime climate and limestone soils.
Vineyard selection
Produced from a selection of Limestone Coast vineyards, notably Mt Benson, Padthaway and Wrattonbully. Each region offers slightly different fruit characters giving a great selection to create mouth-watering blends.
Winemaking Process
Fermented in a combination of red fermenters – vinomatics and statics, to maximise the extraction of colour, flavour and tannin. After fermentation the wine was pressed to oak to add extra complexity and structure.
