Fruit from our single estate vineyard was harvested in the cool morning to preserve freshness and aromatics. Gently pressed and cool fermented in stainless steel, the wine was given extended lees contact for added texture and complexity, with careful blending enhancing its vibrant fruit, mineral character and maritime freshness.
