2024 Shiraz
BAROSSA VALLEY, SOUTH AUSTRALIA
Elegant and expressive, this Shiraz showcases the rich character of the Barossa Valley, with inviting aromas of blackberry, dark plum and delicate spice. The palate is generous and layered, combining concentrated dark fruit with savoury complexity and hints of cocoa. Fine-grained tannins provide structure and balance, leading to a long, smooth finish.
Winemaking
After yeast inoculation, fermentation was managed to encourage the development of rich colour, concentrated fruit character and balanced tannins. The wine was left in contact with the skins after fermentation to build texture and allow the tannins to mellow. French oak maturation then brought greater depth and complexity, adding structure while maintaining harmony across the palate.
