Produced from a selection of Limestone Coast vineyards, specifically Mt Benson dominant, Padthaway and Wrattonbully
Winemaking Process
Cool harvested to enhance expression, then gently processed to preserve its flavors. The cool ferment maintained aromatics using neutral yeasts. Post-fermentation, the wine aged on yeast lees for complexity and a richer palate.
